Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 businessΒ days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note that order processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or if additional verification is needed.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50 including Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.

Expedited and Express shipping options are available for an additional fee.

International Shipping

We currently are not shipping internationally.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or holidays. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Missing or Damaged Items

We take great pride in making sure items arrive safe sound and in indiscrete packaging. We use bubble wrap, crinkle paper and if needed biodegradable packing peanuts. If your item arrives damaged, please take a picture of the unused item within 3 business days of receiving it and email us at tokeboxxhelp@gmail.com.

We'll send you a replacement immediately. May not be the exact item but will be comparable to item. We may ask for the damaged item back in which we will email you a pre-paid return label.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally before your order is processed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order via the tracking link provided or by visiting the carrier’s website.
